Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested three men under charges of sexual exploitation of children following a three-month undercover child pornography investigation, authorities say.
Separate searches of each of the three men’s homes were conducted by agency’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit that resulted in their arrests for child sexual exploitation-related charges, authorities said Friday.
Arrested were George Hutto, Stephen Haynes and Jeffrey Hines.

George Hutto, 45, was charged with ten counts of sexual exploitation of children as a result of videos and images located on his computers.
Hutto was held in the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center with a $111,000 bond as of Friday, authorities said.

Stephen Haynes, 42, was charged with 20 counts of sexual exploitation of children as a result of videos and images located on his computer.
Haynes is being held in the Adult Detention Center with no bond.

Jeffrey Hines, 45, was charged with 9 counts of sexual exploitation of children as a result of videos located on his computer.
Hines is being held in the Adult Detention Center with a $99,000 bond.
The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office is a cooperative member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), a program created by the U.S. Department of Justice to help state and local law enforcement agencies enhance their investigative response to offenders who use the Internet, online communications systems or other computer technology to sexually exploit children. The program is composed of 59 regional Task Force agencies across the nation and is funded by the United States Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Georgia’s ICAC Regional Task Force is supervised by the GBI.
