According to documents filed by Canton attorney Benson Chambers, 4 Seasons Self Storage is seeking rezoning of a nearly 7-acre tract on the south side of Ga. 20, west of East Cherokee Drive. The proposed rezoning is from Residential-80 to General Commercial to allow for a self-storage center.
