Cherokee County government administrative offices will relocate to the Bluffs Parkway in the Bluffs of Technology Park and move out of downtown Canton during the week of October 13, officials annnounced. The new Administrative Offices and Conference Center, located at 1130 Bluffs Parkway, will house the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners, county manager, county clerk, IT, GIS/mapping, community services, finance, purchasing, human resources, planning and zoning, engineering, building inspections, business licenses, property management and fire marshal. The environmental health department is slated to move to the location later this year.
